Request an Account Deletion

You can initiate account deletion from the Pin Traveler app by opening Settings, going to Account, and choosing Delete Account. This page is the direct web fallback for people who cannot access the app.

To delete your account, start a request below or email us directly at privacy@pintraveler.net. We'll verify account ownership and delete your account within 24 hours. Please note that all deletions are final and all associated user data is irreversibly deleted within an hour after we delete your account.

If you'd like us to delete a part of your data, such as a section of your pins or photos, you can request this via email at privacy@pintraveler.net.
